Hartwell Realty, Inc. was founded in 1985 as a Triangle-based brokerage firm specializing in land assemblage and acquisition. We are now recognized leaders in the commercial real estate business with 30 years of experience and success.
Our team of brokers are North Carolina natives. We offer a unique insight and deep knowledge of the North Carolina market, and focus on brokerage, investment and consulting to meet the specific business needs of our clients. We are licensed and operate in every major market in North Carolina, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, the Research Triangle, the Piedmont Triad, Wilmington, Asheville and the Greater Charlotte metropolitan area.
